DR. VICTORIA HEMPHILL, DACM, DIPL. AC. (NCCAOM), L.AC.

Dr. Hemphill is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico, she has always had a passion for healing. Dr. Hemphill graduated from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, California, and went on to complete internships at Senior’s Clinic at the Lutheran Church in downtown San Diego and at UCSD Sports clinic, where she treated student-athletes. 

Before becoming a doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Dr. Hemphill earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, California. Dr. Hemphill worked as a therapist for the past seven years with a wide array of clients before she began her integrated practice.

Today Dr. Hemphill practices mind-body integrative medicine. Using her experience in both mind and body she is able to take the whole person into consideration. Dr. Hemphill uses multiple therapeutic techniques, she practices both traditional Chinese Medicine and Japanese Acupuncture, she works with the unconscious and uses Chinese herbal medicine as well as Western herbs.

Dr. Hemphill believes that treating the root cause of any illness requires a deeper understanding and approach to healing all parts of one’s being, including one’s emotional, spiritual, and physical self.
